He has led award-winning operational counter-fraud teams, driven the adoption of emerging fraud detection technologies, and served on industry-leading boards such as the Association of British Insurers and the Insurance Fraud Bureau. His global experience spans Europe, Scandinavia, Asia, Australia, and the USA.
