WHITELK was founded in 2022 by our CEO, Matt Gilham.
Matt is an experienced business leader and counter fraud subject matter expert. He has built and led industry respected and award winning operational counter fraud teams, with a track record of pioneering adoption of emerging technology and approaches.
He has over three decades experience in overall fraud risk management, and prevention, detection and investigation of fraud, with particular expertise in combatting insurance fraud and corporate fraud. Matt has tackled insurance fraud at the sharp end for over 20 years and was a long standing member of the Association of British Insurers General Insurance Fraud Committee, Insurance Fraud Bureau Management board. He has also served as a member of the Cifas Advisory Board, Insurance SIRA Steering Group and past Chair of Insurance Hunter Steering Group.
He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Matt has international experience in tackling fraud, having lived in Sweden for two years and conducted assignments across Scandinavia, Europe, USA, Asia and Australia.

Gail actively promotes conscious leadership, not just as a leadership model but as something that is intrinsic to any leadership style. She encourages leaders to show up at work as their authentic selves, which means being true to themselves, self-aware, genuine, intentional and being at ease showing their vulnerable side. Her background is Financial Services and has worked as HR Business Partner to senior leaders and their teams ensuring best practice and synergy.
